I am just now getting around to building my new site for CCIECarl.com.  Just like my re-starting of my CCIE journey, It is going to take some work.  Please bear wtih me as I adjust and modify things.  RIght now this current page is nothing more than a placeholder for what will be the new CCIECarl.com.  

So I have added to my lab, with 2 Cisco 9951 phones for more SIP compatibility and some video testing preparation (future CCIE labs).  I have also purchased 1 more router (2811 with PRI and DSP's)  for a branch 2 router, a VM server with 10Gb of RAM and pre-loaded with CUCM, CUC, CUCCX, and several XP vm's and finally a 3750 switch for proper l2 QOS studies.  I think I have a decent lab for studying now.  Hopefully I can get enough study time in to actually get my digits before they switch up to version 4 of the lab.  Anyway, I am currently watching Kevin Wallace's 'Voice Alchemy" video series and preparing based on the device based approach.  More later...
